These counties include Autauga, Barbour, Bullock, Butler, Chambers, Chilton, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Dallas, Elmore, Geneva, Henry, Houston, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Tallapoosa, and Wilcox.

The Montgomery Regional Laboratory services 9 counties in the area of Drug Chemistry. These counties include Autauga, Butler, Chilton, Crenshaw, Dallas, Elmore, Lowndes, Montgomery, and Wilcox.

The Montgomery Regional Lab will only accept evidence for Drug Chemistry, Forensic Biology, and Firearm and Tool Mark. For Fire Debris and Toxicology evidence, please submit the evidence to the Birmingham Laboratory.
